Washington and Lee University is a special place. Shreya Durvasula is a junior chemistry major from Madras, India and Princeton Junction, N.J. An R.E. Lee Research Scholar and member of W&L's University Scholars program, she worked with two professors last year to develop an interdisciplinary honors class on string theory. She is a trip leader for the University's Volunteer Venture pre-orientation program, a peer tutor and a DJ for WLUR, the campus radio station.
