Enhance all aspects of the student-athlete collegiate experience by:
Generating a student-athlete voice within the institution Generating a student-athlete voice within the conference Generating a student-athlete voice within the community
Review and respond to proposed NCAA legislation
Support the campus and conference community through community outreach efforts
Build community ties and relationships with athletes and those in the community
Promote a positive student-athlete image both on campus and in the community
Design, implement, and evaluate programs which encourage community relations, school spirit, and sportsmanship
To promote positive sportsmanship and practices
Facilitate discussion of issues and agenda between the respective teams and the campus SAAC
Work with faculty members to create a mentor-mentee relationship with respective teams.
