MOBILE, Ala. -- Washington and Lee junior Katie Tabb (Minneapolis, Minn./Edina) was defeated in the quarterfinals of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) National Singles Tournament held at the Copeland - Cox Tennis Center in Mobile, Ala.
Tabb fell to Marissa Lin of the University of Chicago, 6-2, 6-2, and will face Sierra Krebsbach of Gustavus Adolphus in the consolation bracket on Friday at 10:00 am. Krebsbach fell to Jackie Shtemberg of the College of New Jersey, 6-4, 4-6, 6-4.
