Marvin Hamlisch, the Oscar and Tony winning composer and pianist, is best known for composing such scores as A Chorus Line and The Way We Were. His performance is at 8 p.m.
In addition to his performance on the 27th, Hamlisch will give a talk at W&L’s Lenfest Center for the Arts at 4:00 p.m. in the Keller Theatre. The subject will be “The Business of Music.” For the lecture only, the public is invited without charge and tickets are not required.
