Special Academic Initiatives

Endowments supporting special academic initiatives help W&L create new learning opportunities for W&L students.

A top priority is endowing Science, Society & the Arts, a symposium of student research and work.  W&L has held this event twice in the past and intends to hold it as an annual event.

Additional special academic initiatives include:

  • Poverty & Human Capability
  • New York Internship Program
  • Washington Term Program
  • Week on Wall Street
  • Information Fluency Program
  • College and Williams School Writing Programs
  • Peer Technology Instruction
  • Williams Investment Society
  • Student Consulting Program
  • Law & History
