
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- The Washington and Lee Riding team placed fifth out of 10 teams at the University of Virgina Invitational on Sunday in Charlottesville, Va. W&L riders garnered ribbons in five classes, notched two Top Three placings and had one rider qualify for regionals. The Generals were led by freshman Allison Lemon’s (Roanoke, Va./North Cross School) first-place finish in the intermediate fences, which qualified her for regionals. The Blue and White return to action on Friday at the IHSA Regionals.
