DURHAM, N.C.--The Washington and Lee outdoor track and field teams had one individual competing against primarily Division I athletes in the Duke Twilight on Sunday evening in Durham, N.C.
Junior Elizabeth Webb (Middleburg, Va./Wakefield) ran in the 1500 meters and placed fifth with an NCAA qualifying time of 4:38.96.
Washington and Lee returns to action on Saturday as it hosts the Generals Combined Events Challenge. This is a two-day event and will begin at 1:00 pm on Saturday.
