REMINDER: A statement of achievements during leave is due to the Advisory Committee within two(2) months of completion of leave.
- 10/05/07: Class of ’65 2006-07 Fellowship Recipient Reports – DUE TO PROVOST
- 10/03/07: Requests to C&D for Changes to Catalog
- 09/30/07: Declaration of phased retirements beginning 2009-10 - DUE TO DEAN
- 10/04/07: Winter course offerings request sent by Registrar
- 10/11/07: Winter course offerings due to Dean & Registrar
- 10/12/07: 2007 Glenn Grant Reports – DUE TO PROVOST
- 10/13/07: Departments notify Dean of the College re: faculty to be recommended for promotion and tenure in spring
- 11/09/07: 2008-09 Catalog Copy due to Registrar
- 11/10/07: Department Heads' reappointment/non-reappointment letters to dean for faculty who are in second year of initial tenure-track appointment
- 11/12/07: 2008-09 Faculty Leave & Oxford Faculty Exchange Application: DUE TO PROVOST
- 01/05/08: Faculty Activities Report Form – DUE TO DEAN
- 01/25/08: Spring course offerings request sent by Registrar
- 01/28/08: Glenn Grant Applications for 2008 Summer – DUE TO DEAN with copy to Provost
- 01/31/08: R.E. Lee Grant Applications for 2008 Summer – DUE TO DEAN IKEDA
- 01/17/08 - 02/17/08: 2008-2009 Department Budget Conferences with Deans
- 02/03/08: Spring course offerings due to Dean & Registrar
- 03/01/08: 2008-09 Departmental Budgets due to Business Office
- 03-10-08: Promotion and Tenure Recommendations Due in Dean’s Office (or earlier if possible)
- 03/31/08: Class of ’65 Fellowship Applications Due in Provost’s Office
- 04/07/08: Department heads' reappointment/non-reappointment letters to dean for faculty whose current appointment expires 6/30/07 and have served two or more years on the faculty.
- 04/10/08: Fall course offerings request sent by Registrar
- 04/21/08: Fall course offerings due to Dean & Registrar
- 05/01/08: Notify International Education Committee of proposed course offerings to be taught abroad during the upcoming academic year. (Department Head’s and Dean’s endorsement required prior to submission.)
- 06/23/08: Departmental Letters to tenure track faculty members evaluating year’s performance – COPY DUE TO DEAN’S OFFICE
