Law Student Housing

Law students are invited to live in the east building of Woods Creek Apartments. All campus facilities such as the libraries, fitness center, tennis courts, racquetball courts, running trails, pool, and saunas, are within easy walking distance of Woods Creek Apartments. There is no commute to worry about when you live in University housing, which is especially useful in bad weather.

With the ever increasing need for students to devote time and energy towards academic pursuits and job searches, campus housing offers unmatched conveniences: only one all-inclusive rental payment is made each semester, and it is a part of the tuition bill. What does this mean? There are no separate telephone service or utilities charges levied on students, and the lease is only for 9 months. The only extra payments you make to W&L are for long-distance telephone calls.

Most importantly, Woods Creek offers quality. W&L housing is completely furnished, provides climate controlled heat and air, and comes with complete kitchen facilities. There is 24-hour access to Public Safety, and if you ever have an emergency you are a phone call away from our security officers (ext. 8999). For more information about on-campus housing for law students, please call the Office of Residential Life at 540-458-8405.
