Meet the Staff

Jane T. Horton, MD
Director of Health Services

Dr. Horton is board certified in Internal Medicine. She earned her AB degree from Dartmouth College and her MD from the University of Vermont. She also pursued graduate work in nutrition at Cornell University while in medical school. Dr. Horton completed her post-graduate training in Internal Medicine at the University of Virginia Hospital.

David L. Copeland, MD
University Physician

Dr. Copeland is board certified in Internal Medicine. He earned his BA from Stephen F. Austin State University, an MA in English from Memphis State University, and his MD from Case Western Reserve University. He served in the Peace Corps for 3 years in Benin. Dr. Copeland completed his post-graduate training in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Hospital of Harvard University.
